We’re looking for a Host to join the team at The Blues Kitchen. The Blues Kitchen brings together delicious food, world class music and an incredible drinks menu, all under one roof. It’s built on great hospitality. Thoughtful service, proper food, and a space that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. We focus on the details that matter, how guests are greeted, how the room flows, and how every visit feels easy, considered and worth coming back for. As a Host, you set the tone. You’re the first impression of everything we stand for. This is a great role for someone who wants to build a career in hospitality and learn how we curate incredible guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and genuine care
  • Manage bookings and walk-ins with calm organisation
  • Set the pace and flow of the restaurant from the door
  • Communicate clearly with the floor team to support smooth service
  • Create a strong first and last impression for every guest

What to Expect

  • Competitive pay: £12.75 per hour plus tronc total package usually between £12.75 to £17.50 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
