We’re looking for a Head Host to lead the door at The Blues Kitchen. The Blues Kitchen brings together delicious food, world class music and an incredible drinks menu, all under one roof. As Head Host, you take ownership of the guest journey from the moment they arrive. You lead the host team, manage the flow of the restaurant, and make sure every guest is welcomed properly. This is a great role for someone who wants to step into leadership and deepen their understanding of how we curate incredible guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and organise the host team during service
- Manage bookings, walk-ins and table flow with confidence
- Ensure every guest is welcomed with warmth and care
- Work closely with managers to optimise service flow
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues calmly
- Maintain high standards at the door at all times

What to Expect
- Competitive pay: £12.75 per hour plus tronc total package usually between £12.75 to £18.50 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
