We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen. This is a role for a natural host who thrives on energy, atmosphere and connection. You love music, London nightlife and character-filled rooms. You lead from the floor, set the tone, and create service that’s warm, confident and memorable. What you’ll be up to:

  • Leading both lunch and dinner services.
  • Leading staff training and championing employee growth.
  • Managing daily rotas and cash-ups with precision.
  • Driving the recruitment process and guiding new team members.
  • Setting up the restaurant for smooth operations.
