We are searching for a Bar Manager to join our team at The Blues Kitchen. You will be responsible for running a high-volume bar operation, delivering standout service, and leading by example on the floor. What you will be up to:
- Leading the bar: manage both daytime and evening bar services.

- Cash and rota management: oversee daily rotas and handle cash-ups with confidence.
- Stock control: keep a keen eye on inventory, from premium spirits to everyday bar essentials.

- Site maintenance: ensure our bar is always in tip-top shape for an unbeatable guest experience.

What we are looking for:
- Solid management experience in a fast-paced bar environment.
- Familiarity with Fourth is a plus, but not essential.
- A basic grasp of Microsoft 360 and SharePoint.
