As a Strategist/Senior Strategist within the EVERSANA INTOUCH Health Innovation team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing global digital health go-to-market (GTM) and commercialization strategies for our life sciences clients and ecosystem partners. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and report directly to the Senior Vice President of Health Innovation, working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and real‑world execution. In this client-facing role, you will help shape the future of digitally enhanced healthcare, supporting the design, positioning, and scaling of innovations including digital therapeutics, digital companions, connected care and telemedicine solutions, AI‑driven tools, XR applications, and combination products that integrate with pharmaceutical or medical device treatments.
You will be responsible for leading or supporting strategic projects across the full innovation lifecycle—from early‑stage ideation and value proposition design to launch strategy, market access, and global deployment. The role requires a solid understanding of how digital health innovations are evaluated, launched, and adopted within pharma and medtech environments in Europe, and the ability to translate this into actionable, business‑oriented strategies.

- Define and implement global go‑to‑market (GTM) and business model strategies for digital health assets.
- Operate at the intersection of pharmaceutical commercialization and digital innovation, guiding clients and internal teams to unlock scalable value.
- Lead or support projects across the full lifecycle of innovation: from ideation and opportunity scoping to GTM planning, regulatory approval, market access, and launch execution.
- Develop tailored commercialization and market launch strategies for digital health solutions globally.
- Translate regulatory requirements, user needs, and clinical evidence and market requirements into actionable roadmaps for commercialization.
- Conduct robust market analysis, competitive landscaping, care pathway assessments, and technology scouting to identify strategic opportunities.
- Act as a strategic partner to global and regional pharma and medtech clients.
- Lead or co‑lead client engagements, including strategic workshops, advisory boards, and innovation co‑design sessions.
- Provide mentorship to junior strategists and contribute to building internal capabilities and delivery excellence.
- Develop high‑quality strategy presentations, business plans, and narrative deliverables in English.
- Operate effectively within EVERSANA’s matrix structure, aligning strategy execution across teams and service lines.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive leadership, collaboration, and continuous personal development.
