Do you have a knack for creating a welcoming environment and love meeting new people? As a Front of Store Volunteer, you’ll be the friendly face of our shop, ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated. Your role is vital in enhancing the customer experience and supporting our mission to raise essential funds for pets in need. You’ll greet and assist shoppers, help maintain the shop’s appearance, and support store operations to ensure a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
What you will be doing
- Warm Welcome: Greet and assist shoppers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and helpful first impression.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers find what they’re looking for, answer questions, and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and well-organised to create a pleasant shopping environment.
- Support Store Operations: Assist with various in-store tasks such as restocking shelves and ensuring the shop looks its best at all times.
