As a Stock Processor Volunteer, you’ll be essential in supporting our shops and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sorting and preparing donations, ensuring each item is ready for sale in our shop, and keeping our stockroom well-organised and efficient. We’re looking for someone with strong sorting skills to categorise and prepare donations, attention to detail to uphold high standards, and the ability to handle lifting and carrying items comfortably. A friendly and cooperative spirit is essential for working well with others and positively impacting our team environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Sort all donations for sale, carefully selecting only the best pre-loved items to make it to the shop floor.
  • Prepare donations, ensuring all donated goods are clean, tidy, intact, and working as they should.
  • Price donations using our pricing system to ensure everything has a clear price ready to be sold.
  • Organise stockroom, keeping it well-organised and efficient, making it easy to find and manage items.
