Do you have a knack for creating a welcoming environment and love meeting new people? As a Front of Store Volunteer, you’ll be the friendly face of our shop, ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated. Your role is vital in enhancing the customer experience and supporting our mission to raise essential funds for pets in need.
In this role, you’ll:
- Warm welcome: greet and assist shoppers as they enter, providing a friendly first impression
- Customer assistance: help customers find products, answer questions, and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Maintain store appearance: keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and well-organised; set up eye-catching product displays
- Support store operations: assist with restocking shelves and ensuring the shop always looks its best
