As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading medium to large-scale construction/infrastructure/marine projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality, safety, and environmental standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, engage with stakeholders, manage risks, and drive project execution from planning through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: monitor cost performance and margins.
- Oversee change management, variation orders, claims, and contract administration.
- Participate in major procurement decisions, vendor/subcontractor selection and negotiation.
- Monitor cash flow, billing, and revenue recognition to ensure financial health of the project.
