Location: Changi Airport
Manage and lead a team of QS staff for project execution / post-contract commercial management.
Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cost movements throughout project execution.
Participate in value engineering and cost optimisation during construction to improve commercial outcomes.
Support project teams to ensure timely and properly substantiated upstream claims to clients, including variation orders and other contractual entitlements, in order to maximise the Company’s interests.
Report major contractual and commercial status/issues arising from discussions with project sites to management.
Ensure accurate and timely payment responses/certification for subcontractors’ monthly claims in accordance with contractual requirements and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction or its equivalent
- 10 years of relevant experiences in General Construction/Civil Construction or its related field
- Involve from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
