  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineering, planning, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), QA/QC, and site operations. Approve work schedules, construction methodologies, and technical solutions. Ensure optimal use of manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Safety, Quality & Compliance: Uphold Company’s stringent safety standards, promoting a zero-harm culture. Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory bodies (e.g., BCA, MOM, PUB, MPA) and relevant industry standards. Monitor QA/QC processes to ensure deliverables meet required specifications.
  • Contract & Risk Management: Review contractual obligations and manage potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Lead the resolution of contractual issues, claims, and disputes. Ensure timely management of change orders, delays, and unforeseen events.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide, mentor, and develop senior managers and project teams. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement. Promote knowledge transfer, technical excellence, and professional growth.
