BIM Coordinator (M&E) in Penarth

Job Description

• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot challenges and deliver high-quality models ontime.
• Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards and workflows in line with companypolicies.
• Provide support to the Project Team by managing RFIs, creating presentations usingBIM models, and other related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of documents generated through BIM modeling.
• Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and project-specific workflow criteria.
• Prepare and print drawings for production and participate in design and progressreviews.
• Develop presentation slides and BIM-related documentation.
• Oversee CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination among relevant parties.
• Identify and resolve M&E services clashes within the BIM model.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling with Autodesk Revit.
• Solid understanding of construction practices and building design drawings.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; additional experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3ds Max,and other BIM software is a plus (BIM / Revit / Navisworks).
• Ability to independently produce CSD/CBW drawings and coordinate Room Book detailswith other trades.
• Experience with Singapore hospital/medical facility projects is an advantage.
