Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and enhance brand visibility across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics to engage audiences effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online voice, develop innovative campaigns, and build meaningful relationships with our community through compelling storytelling and visual content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize insights for campaign optimization.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices in hashtags, captions, and descriptions.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while managing public relations aspects of social media communication.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to align messaging and branding efforts.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand mentions and industry trends.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce integration is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management within digital spaces.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in content creation.
