An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and proactive Sales Manager to join the team at The Bloomsbury Hotel, part of the family‑owned Doyle Collection. Working across all market segments, this role will take full responsibility for driving new business, growing revenue and developing long‑term client relationships through effective and commercially focused account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and revenue growth across all market segments in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, building strong and lasting client relationships
  • Identify, negotiate and convert new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with on‑site teams to maximise commercial opportunities
  • Represent The Bloomsbury Hotel at industry events, client meetings and networking forums
  • Plan and deliver client entertaining initiatives and host familiarisation trips (FAMs)
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity and industry best practice
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, account reporting and CRM management in line with company standards
  • Support wider commercial initiatives and cross‑property collaboration within The Doyle Collection
