As a Hotel Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience and maintaining the efficient operation of the hotel's front desk. Customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are important qualities for individuals working in this role.
Your main role will be to assist guests during check-in and check-out, manage reservations, answer guests' enquiries, and address any issues that guests might experience during their stay. Please note this is a full-time role (40 hours per week).
