Do you love working with plants and enjoy bringing indoor spaces to life? We are looking for a passionate and reliable Indoor Plant Care Technician to join our team in London. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience caring for indoor plants or a basic horticultural qualification. You will receive initial mentoring to help you settle in and feel confident in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Caring for a wide range of indoor plants across multiple client sites
- Managing watering schedules and understanding varied plant requirements
- Pruning, deadheading, training, planting, re-potting, and general plant maintenance
- Identifying pests and supporting plant health management
- Travelling between locations on foot, by bike, or public transport
- Working independently or in pairs depending on the site
- Providing friendly, professional customer service to business clients
- Handling pots and plants, including some heavy lifting
- Supporting early starts and providing holiday cover
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with indoor plants or a horticultural qualification (RHS Level 2, BTEC, NVQ, City & Guilds, HND)
- A genuine appreciation for plants and plant care
- A professional, reliable, and positive attitude
- Flexibility and confidence working in varied environments
- Good physical fitness for travelling between sites and handling equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
