Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks independently. Diagnose, fault-find, and repair electrical and mechanical building systems. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health & safety regulations. Maintain and service a variety of building services equipment, including:
- HVAC systems and Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Lighting systems, testing, and repairs
- Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
- Water temperature testing (L8 compliance)
- Pumps, motors, actuators, and generators
- 3-phase electrical systems and UPS equipment
- Basic heating systems, including pipework and heat exchangers

Minimum 3 years' experience in building services or facilities maintenance.
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent.
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (preferred).
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in a client-facing environment.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing workloads independently.
Initially offered as a contract role, this position provides a clear pathway to a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.
Salary up to £25/hour on a self-employed basis.
