You'll be joining a highly regarded, well-established building safety and property risk consultancy that's growing fast, investing properly, and putting real weight behind its training function. The role you'll be at the heart of delivering and shaping high-quality health, safety and fire training across a wide range of clients. There's real variety here. Different audiences, different environments, and the chance to influence how organisations approach safety day to day.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering NEBOSH and wider H&S / Fire training
  • Developing and refining training materials to keep them sharp and relevant
  • Supporting training accreditations and standards
  • Providing practical health, safety and fire advice to clients
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the training function
  • Working closely with internal teams across projects and operations
  • Split your time between home, London, and client sites, keeping things varied and engaging

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering NEBOSH training
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (Fire qualification highly beneficial)
  • Training qualification such as AET, PTLLS or Train the Trainer
  • IOSH membership or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and fire, with the ability to explain it clearly
  • Confident delivering to a range of audiences
  • Happy commuting into London a few days a week
  • First Aid training experience is a bonus, with support available to gain this if needed
