The Block is seeking an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join its Finance Team in North London.
The role reports to the Finance Manager and requires end-to-end service charge accounts expertise, including year-end closure and audits.
You will liaise with clients, tenants and external accountants, manage budgets and service charge demands, and support system onboarding for new properties.
