We are seeking a proactive Block Manager to join a small but friendly property management team. You will manage two Romford sites (total of 450 flats) while supporting other smaller sites as needed. The role is office-based in Rochester, with site visits approximately once a week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of two large residential sites in Romford
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
  • Support management of other smaller sites as required
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a high standard of property management
  • Actively contribute to a positive, friendly, and supportive team environment

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual, ready to engage with the team, with strong communication and organisational skills. Experience in property or block management is preferred but not essential if you\'re keen to learn.
