We’re looking for an experienced Talent & Recruitment Manager to lead and shape recruitment across the Bleep 360 Group. This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic leadership, managing a small team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll play a key role in supporting our growth by building strong talent pipelines, delivering compliant and high-quality recruitment, and enhancing our employer brand—while ensuring we meet all safer recruitment, CQC, and Ofsted requirements.

What you’ll be doing
- Recruitment strategy & delivery
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across the group, ensuring speed, quality, and full compliance with safer recruitment standards.
- Personally manage sensitive and senior-level hires.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet both current and future workforce needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide expert advice, market insights, and best-practice recruitment guidance.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating terms and ensuring value for money.
- Employer branding & attraction
- Develop and deliver innovative recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position Bleep 360 Group as an employer of choice.
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and external organisations.
- Lead and attend national recruitment events and recruitment days.
- Manage recruitment advertising spend across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximise ROI.
- Leadership & people development
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent team, creating a high-performing and engaged culture.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet business priorities and recruitment demand.
- Use onboarding, probation, and exit feedback to influence retention and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to wider people and talent strategies, including succession planning and internal mobility.
- Data, insight & DEI
- Embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into all recruitment practices.
- Analyse recruitment data and KPIs to provide clear insights to senior leaders.
- Monitor budgets and produce regular reports on recruitment performance, costs, and market trends.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within regulated environments (CQC / Ofsted).
- Strong knowledge of safer recruitment, safeguarding, and compliance.
- Experience leading and developing a recruitment or talent team.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
- Data-driven, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends.
- Passionate about employer branding and inclusive recruitment practices.
