# Residential Support Worker## Job Introduction**Residential Support Practitioner:****Full-time, Permanent****£13.50ph – £15ph** dependent on experience (covering unqualified Support Workers through to qualified Senior Support Worker)**£34,416 – £37,440**estimated salary (based on 168 waking hours plus 12 sleep ins per month, usually 2–3 shifts per week)Enhancement rates available for overtime and bank holidays.We are a growing, forward-thinking children’s residential care organisation with homes across the Southwest, London, and a brand-new multi-home provision in Durham.
