We are a growing, forward-thinking children’s residential care organisation with homes across the Southwest, London, and a multi-home provision in Durham.
As part of our expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to either join an established children’s home or support the development of new services in North London, with clear opportunities to open and lead homes from the ground up.
You’ll work with children aged 7–17 who have experienced loss, instability, or trauma, supporting them to rebuild trust, confidence, and hope through trauma-informed, PACE-based practice.
