Salary £13.50-£15.00 per hour DOE plus £50 bonus per sleep-in and enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays; £34,416-£37,440 annual estimate based on 168 waking hours plus 12 sleep ins per month, usually 2–3 shifts per week.
