The predicted salary is between 13.5 - 13.5 £ per hour.

RSP: £13.50ph - £15.00ph (DOE) + £50 bonus per sleep‑in, dependent on experience. £34,416 - £37,440 estimated annual salary (based on 168 waking hours plus 12 sleep ins per month, usually 2–3 shifts per week). Enhancement rates available for overtime and bank holidays.

The Role: You’ll help make a house feel like a home — safe, nurturing, and full of possibility. Your days will include:

You will be flexible with your working days to meet the needs of the home, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins.

Essential skills:
