The Bleep 360 Group Limited is recruiting a Workforce Development Lead to launch and oversee our Therapeutic Care Lead Programme within the CAMHS Division.

This role combines coaching, learning and quality improvement to strengthen the skills and confidence of our therapeutic workforce.
