The Bleep 360 Group Limited is recruiting 1 Out of Hours Coordinator to join our 360 Care Group team.

This is a fully remote role on a zero-hours contract, offering flexibility while supporting services outside of standard hours, especially weekends and bank holidays.

You will act as the main point of contact during out-of-hours, assess risk, guide care staff, manage safeguarding and staffing escalations, and ensure clear handovers and accurate records.
