The Bleep 360 Group Limited is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner for Children's Services in the Exeter area. This permanent, full-time role offers £13.50–£14.00 per hour (DOE) with a £50 sleep-in bonus and an estimated annual salary of £34,416–£35,424 based on 168 waking hours plus 12 sleep-ins per month, typically 2–3 shifts weekly. Overtime and bank holiday enhancement rates apply.

You will help create a safe, nurturing home for children aged 7–17, building trust, supporting emotional well-being.
