The predicted salary is between 13.5 - 13.5 £ per hour.
Permanent/Full-time opportunity £13.50ph - £14.00ph (DOE) + £50 bonus per sleep-in, dependent on experience £34,416 - £35,424 estimated annual salary (based on 168 waking hours plus 12 sleep ins per month, usually 2–3 shifts per week). Enhancement rates available for overtime and bank holidays.

The Role
You’ll help make a house feel like a home — safe, nurturing, and full of possibility. Your days will include:

You will be flexible with your working days to meet the needs of the home, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins.
