The Real Estate Private Equity Group provides analysts with experience on a professional team that handles acquisition of real‑estate related companies, portfolios of real‑estate assets, and individual properties worldwide. Analysts participate in all aspects of real‑estate investing and are typically assigned to multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Real‑estate and public‑company valuation analysis.
  • Excel modeling.
  • Market research and data mining.
  • Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions.
  • Development of presentations.
  • Leading due diligence and execution of transactions.
  • Drafting memoranda for internal and external use.
  • Assisting with legal negotiations and due diligence.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to write effectively.
