BXCI’s Infrastructure & Asset-Based Credit Group (“IABC”) manages $90 billion of assets under management and includes ~70 investment professionals across North America, Europe, and Asia. The global platform invests in a broad range of credit assets secured by physical or financial collateral, with deep expertise in commercial finance, consumer finance, leasing, and infrastructure, among other sectors.

Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.

Summer Analysts in Blackstone’s Infrastructure & Asset-Based Credit Group gain exposure to a wide range of transactions investing across a range of asset classes across the capital structure. Investment strategies include asset-based lending, corporate debt, and infrastructure debt solutions. Investment structures range from senior debt to common equity, offering interns the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that finance the real economy.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and modelling to support investment decisions.
  • Performing research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking across industries and companies.
  • Developing presentations and drafting investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the execution of transactions, including structuring and negotiations.
  • Leading individual research projects focused on specific industries or companies.
  • Participating in client and internal meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
  • Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2028
  • CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
