Off Cycle interns are generalists and participate in all aspects of projects and can expect to work on a number of assignments at one time, including all aspects of live deal work. Due to the relatively small size of the professional staff, deal teams are typically small, and interns are therefore expected to assume important and integral roles. Interns are intimately involved with screening, analyzing and structuring of investment opportunities and regularly attend internal and external meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.

- Due diligence, financial analysis and modelling
- Market research and benchmarking against market and macroeconomic conditions
- Competitive analysis
- Development of presentations
- Assistance in the execution of transactions
- Drafting of investment memoranda for internal and external use
- Analysis and modelling of deal performance
- Help lead individual research projects, focused on either specific industries or companies
Blackstone Credit & Insurance Group is looking to hire Off Cycle Interns into the Private Credit Strategies team:
Private Credit Strategies Off Cycle Interns in Private Credit Strategies gain exposure and participate in a wide range of European Credit transactions and assist with our existing portfolio of investments, providing impactful insight and analysis to key internal and external stakeholders, including Portfolio Managers, Chief Investment Officers and investors. Prior internship experience in investment banking, private credit or equivalent is desirable, but not necessary.

Requirements: To be considered for the 2026 Credit & Insurance Off Cycle Intern role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student, or recent graduate
- Anticipated graduation date: 2025 to 2027
- CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
- CV must be in PDF format
- Available to complete an internship for 6 months beginning in September 2026, however the team can be flexible on start date timing
