Job Description:

  • Originate, source and execute infrastructure investments.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop investment opportunities and seek strategic co-investors.
  • Lead due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation of terms sheets, purchase agreements and financing terms.
  • Negotiate and structure major transactions.
  • Direct the execution of investment transactions; monitor the strategic, operational and financial performance of the fund’s portfolio investments.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, the negotiation of contracts and other agreements, and due diligence sessions.
  • Oversee the analysis of financial data and monitoring developments in financial markets important to the business of the Blackstone Group.
  • Direct research of targeted industries for investment purposes.
  • Perform valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities under consideration, including the assessment of financial risks.
  • Compare financial data of investments of the same industry, size and location to forecast industry trends.
  • Oversee the work of Analysts, Associates, and Principals; including the design and development of quantitative models used by analysts to assess the economic performance of investment opportunities.
  • Manage the preparation of written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities for use by Blackstone Group management.

  • Additional European language skills are a plus but not a requirement for this position.
