Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week, in‑person experience that provides participants with extensive exposure across the firm, including mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft‑skill training, networking opportunities, and a deep immersion in Blackstone culture.
Job Description
Summer Analysts in Private Credit Strategies will gain exposure to European Credit transactions and support the existing portfolio of investments. They will provide impactful insight and analysis to key stakeholders, including Portfolio Managers, Chief Investment Officers and investors.
Responsibilities
- Due diligence, financial analysis and modelling
- Market research and benchmarking against market and macroeconomic conditions
- Competitive analysis
- Development of presentations
- Assistance in the execution of transactions
- Drafting of investment memoranda for internal and external use
- Analysis and modelling of deal performanceLead individual research projects focused on specific industries or companies

- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or master’s student
- Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2028
