Program Description
Blackstone’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience. It provides participants with mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft‑skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone’s culture.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and executing investment opportunities.
- Conduct industry and thematic research and competitive analysis.
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modelling.
- Execute transactions, including meeting and interacting with management teams as part of the due diligence process.
- Provide overall support to the investment team and participate in all aspects of the investment process from initiation to close.
