The Analyst will join Blackstone Real Estate’s Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) Product Specialist team in London. This team is responsible for supporting the global capital raising efforts for the Real Estate business and maintaining marketing materials and investor communications for Blackstone’s Real Estate funds. The Analyst will focus specifically on Blackstone Real Estate’s European funds and will spend significant time with professionals across the global Real Estate group, including the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Legal & Compliance and Finance teams.
- Creating and maintaining presentations and other marketing materials for investors and senior management
- Conducting macro/micro research on the real estate investment environment
- Completing due diligence questionnaires and preparing responses to investor queries
- Supporting the broader team and contributing to business development initiatives and strategic projects
