Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to work in our GP and ultrasound scanning clinic, opening in January The role will be shared with another experienced registered manager, whom will work 1 day per week. The appointment will be 2 days per week ( flexible on days chosen), working from the clinic in Blackheath, London and occasionally from home

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management , including experience in primary care. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care

Duties

  • Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Job Share the role of registered manager
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all service delivery meets the standards and regulations set by the CQC.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily running of the primary care service.
  • CQC Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the CQC regarding the service.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement systems to monitor and improve the quality of care provided.

Experience

  • Current or previous appointment as a CQC manager. You will have a role presently or previously as a CQC manager. Work in primary care is desirable, but not essential
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care. This is essential to the role
  • CQC Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the CQC\’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and develop a team to deliver excellent care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£42,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
