Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Maintain customer records and update information as required.
- Resolve issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Be flexible to the needs of the business and assist other departments.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.
About You
- Has excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Enjoys helping people and can stay calm under pressure.
