At The Blackadder we are looking to add a second chef to our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person who enjoys working to a high standard and wants to learn under our new award winning Head Chef. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
  • Uphold best practices in hygiene, temperature control, and stock rotation
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly food safety records
