The Black Lion is a well-established community pub in the heart of Kilburn and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join our management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about pubs, people and hospitality and is looking to develop their career with an independent pub company.

As a Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the pub, helping to lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards across the bar, dining room and restaurant areas.
