VOLUNTARY REQUIRED SEPTEMBER 2026
Following a successful period of school improvement, Bury Church of England High School is now seeking our next Local Governing Body member. You will be the primary link between the Trust and the school, ensuring that local governance is efficient, challenging, and supportive. You will act as a vital sounding board and ‘critical friend’ to our Headteacher, ensuring that the school continues to improve while remaining deeply rooted in its Church of England heritage. Full training will be provided.
