We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to join the team of our stunning private members’ club – George Club. George is a contemporary private members’ club in the heart of Mayfair. Set across two levels, with a ground floor dining room where the open kitchen creates classic brasserie dishes from organic and seasonal ingredients and a comfortable downstairs bar for relaxing and socialising.
As Senior Sous Chef you will work closely with the Executive Chef and management team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the brigade. You will support with menu development and ensure all targets are met in relation to payroll and food costs.
