You will help bring strategy to life through beautifully executed content that celebrates the craft, culture and creativity behind our clubs from luxury food and beverage to high-profile events, interiors and seasonal campaigns. You will manage shoot diaries, maintain seamless content calendars and ensure every story reflects the exceptional standard of The Birley Clubs.

You will also support The Caring Family Foundation (TCFF) by producing creative content that communicates its philanthropic work across its three core pillars: domestic abuse, child poverty and reforestation and restoration in the Amazon.

What You’ll Do

The Birley Clubs (Primary Focus)

Creative Development

  • Build moodboards, creative decks and storyboards that interpret seasonal priorities, key moments and campaign narratives.
  • Propose story formats, shot lists and sequencing that showcase club personality, craft and atmosphere.
  • Write sharp, on-voice captions and story copy including calls to action when required.
  • Own end-to-end shoot delivery: pre-production planning, call sheets, on-the-day direction and wrap.
  • Brief photographers and videographers clearly, align on shot lists, framing and deliverables.

Daily Channel Output

  • Build, schedule and post Instagram Stories across all clubs.
  • Maintain quality, consistency and visual polish across all daily touchpoints.

Calendars, Rotas and Workflow

  • Maintain master content calendars and week-by-week story rotas.
  • Coordinate shoot rotas with chefs, bars, events, membership and operations.
  • Track deliverables, timings and approvals to keep output on schedule.

Community and Reactive Moments

  • Monitor DMs, comments and tags, elevate issues appropriately and respond on brand.
  • Spot relevant trends and propose tasteful brand-safe reactive content ideas.

Measurement and Reporting

  • Track performance of stories, reels and key posts.
  • Produce concise reports with insights and next steps that inform future planning.

Quality, Privacy and Compliance

  • Uphold brand guidelines, member privacy and filming policies.
  • Manage talent permissions and usage notes.
  • Flag reputational risks and follow incident protocols where relevant.

The Caring Family Foundation (Secondary Support)

Content and Communications Support

  • Support management of TCFF social channels with consistent posting and message alignment.
  • Create content across TCFF’s three pillars: Domestic Abuse, Child Poverty and Reforestation and Restoration in the Amazon.
  • Coordinate creative briefs, shoot logistics and delivery timelines for campaigns and field content.
  • Prepare moodboards and storyboards for hero moments and partnership activity.
  • Maintain campaign decks and post-campaign wrap reports.

Safeguarding and Sensitivity

  • Handle sensitive subjects with care and accuracy.
  • Follow approvals for case studies, partner permissions and ethical storytelling standards.

Skills and Experience

  • 2 to 4 years in social media, content production or communications within luxury, lifestyle or hospitality.
  • Strong portfolio of short-form content and story-led campaigns.
  • Proven experience running onsite shoots and directing photographers or small crews.
  • Excellent taste level, composition and styling instincts.
  • Confident writer with an ear for tone across luxury and hospitality.
  • Strong planning skills for calendars, rotas, timelines and stakeholder coordination.
  • Working knowledge of Canva.
  • Basic video editing for reels and stories.
  • Experience with creator partnerships or talent usage.
