We are looking for an experienced and engaging Reservationist to join the team of our private members’ club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs. Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.
As Reservationist, you will be part of the Reservations Team for the restaurants and will be based just off of Berkeley Square.
Responsibilities- You will assist with managing all phone and email restaurant bookings and enquiries in a polite, helpful, and courteous manner.
- You will be confident communicating with Members and potential Members on the telephone, keeping calm under all circumstances and be able to multitask.
- An excellent telephone manner is absolutely essential.

- Have previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment, luxury hotel or luxury travel
- Have a strong working knowledge of SevenRooms or similar reservations system desirable
- Have an exceptional telephone manner

- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
