We are looking for an experienced and engaging Receptionist to join the team of our stunning private members’ club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs. Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact upon Member arrival and therefore will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our Members and their guests.

We Are Ideally Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Have previous experience in a Receptionist role within a private members’ club or busy, high-profile, high-quality restaurant
  • Have a genuine passion for creating an excellent member experience
  • Have the ability to multitask and effectively react to changing member needs
  • Are natural and confident communicators both face to face and on the telephone
  • Are organised, motivated and see tasks through to completion
  • Are excellent team players with strong attention to detail
  • Have previous experience of online reservation booking systems highly desirable
