We are looking for an experienced and engaging Receptionist to join the team of our stunning private members’ club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs. Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact upon Member arrival and therefore will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our Members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to Members and guests
  • Manage arrivals, departures, and reservations efficiently
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries with confidence and discretion
  • Maintain accurate records using online reservation systems
  • Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and professionalism at all times

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role within a private members’ club or high-end hospitality environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional Member experiences
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Confident and natural communicator, both in person and over the phone
  • Highly organised, motivated, and detail-oriented
  • A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Experience using online reservation systems (highly desirable)
