We are looking for a motivated and talented Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join the team of our stunning private members’ club – Annabel's. Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As Pastry Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the more junior members of the brigade. You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.

We Are Ideally Looking For Candidates Who Have:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, or an experienced Pastry Junior Sous Chef
  • Previous experience of working in a high volume and fast paced high quality restaurant or private members’ club
  • A passion for pastry with a desire to learn and develop skills
  • An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
