We are looking for an experienced and committed Junior Sous Chef to join the team in our Prep Kitchenfor ourmembers club Annabels, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs.

Annabels at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As Prep Junior Sous Chefyou will assist the kitchen brigade in the preparation of produce while supporting the team during service. You must have a desire to develop your skills in cooking, be a good listener and take direction from the more senior members of the kitchen brigade. A passion for food, a desire to learn and a keen interest in working with quality seasonal ingredients are essential attributes of a Prep Junior Sous Chef within our kitchens.
