We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the re-opening team of our stunning private members club George. As Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the more junior members of the brigade. You will be expected to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
- Currently are Junior Sous Chefs, or highly experienced Senior Chef de Partie looking for their next promotion
- Have worked in high quality restaurants, experience within private members clubs an advantage
- Are passionate about delivering high quality dishes using the finest ingredients
- Are able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team
- Are strong communicators and enjoy being part of a large team
