We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head Bartender to join the team of our fantastic private members' club, George - part of The Birley Clubs. Situated in the heart of Mayfair, George is a contemporary private members' club set across two levels. Our ground floor features a vibrant dining room with an open kitchen creating classic brasserie dishes from organic, seasonal ingredients, while our downstairs bar offers a stylish, relaxed space for members to unwind and socialise.
As Head Bartender, you will be the driving force behind our bar service. You will combine creativity, charisma, and leadership to craft exceptional cocktails, inspire your team, and ensure our members enjoy an unrivalled experience. You will be passionate about innovation in drinks, committed to exceptional standards, and dedicated to developing both your team and your own skills.
